WESTERN ACUPUNCTURE
Western medical acupuncture, also known as Trigger Point Needling (TPN), is conducted by physical therapists and other Western practitioners with minimal training (two days). It is recognized as an effective treatment for muscular tension and discomfort. However, Dr. Piao, as a fully educated and trained acupuncturist with five years of education and training, provides Trigger Point Needling rather than dry needling treatment. Dr. Piao has successfully treated numerous patients with limited range of motion, stiff joints, and various other conditions.
